Jen Camps, CSA

President

A Michigan native, grew up in Southeast Michigan and graduated from Grand Valley State University with a major in Business Administration. Jen began her career in Human Resource Management as a Generalist with a rapidly growing organization where she rose up the ranks for 15 years. Her next role would be with a small organization specializing in HR governmental reporting in a Consultant/ProjectManagement role. In addition to these roles, Jen provided facility support for Great Lakes Wellness Services, a small  healthcare organization that focused on providing on-site vaccinations to senior citizens in retirement communities and assisted living facilities. Jen has recently earned her Certification in Senior Advising. Her education, experience and passion for helping others has led her to Northstar.

Ryan Camps, MHA, CSA

Vice President

A Michigan native, grew up in Southeast Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University  with a degree in psychology and communication.  Upon graduation Ryan began working in the home healthcare industry while earning a graduate certificate in Business Administration at Eastern Michigan University.  Later moving into the diagnostic space of healthcare (radiology and laboratory), Ryan then earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport.  He has also earned his Certification from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors as well as a Dementia Certification from Johns Hopkins University.  With a strong passion for the healthcare industry and to serve his fellow Michiganders, Ryan is very proud to be part of the NALA team!
