Our services for families

How it works

First and foremost, there is no cost to you or your family for our services. If you and your family decide to work with Northstar, a certified senior advisor will meet with you and your family to assess your situation and goals. We are happy to meet in person or virtually.

These 5 pieces of information as well as any other insightful info will give our advisor(s) the necessary information needed to advise on communities that best meet your needs. Once we determine what communities are best matches and assess availability; our advisor will then set up tours at your convenience so we can provide a guided tour of the community, meet the staff and ask questions in person.

Our Goals

Provide a qualified list of safe and reputable communities so you can compare and determine which one is best for your family.

The in-person tours will provide insight and a level of comfort that will help you feel confident and even excited that you made the right choice for your family and loved one(s).

Once an informed decision is made, our advisor will work with you and the community towards a smooth transition.
