How it works

Northstar Assisted Living Advisors (NALA) will provide partner communities with introductions to well qualified and interested families that are in search of that perfect new home for their loved one(s). Our Certified Senior Advisors will work directly with families and use state of the art software to learn the needs of our clients. This information and technology will provide our clients with a short list of qualified residences. Our advisors will then be in touch with established community contacts to schedule tours so we can help to identify the best possible choice in senior living options for each client. We support assisted living, memory care and independent living in Genesee, Livingston and North Oakland counties as well as surrounding areas and we look forward to working with you!
